01Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Punjab Crypto, including but not limited to course fees, enrollment charges, subscriptions, memberships, and any other services offered by us. By making a payment to Punjab Crypto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

02No Refund Policy

All sales are final. This applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the service, non-attendance, lack of results, personal or financial circumstances, or misunderstanding of the service offered.

03Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

• Our courses, materials, and services involve the immediate allocation of resources, time, and access upon payment.
• Digital content and course materials, once accessed or made available, cannot be "returned."
• This strict policy is applied uniformly to all customers to keep our pricing and services fair and consistent for everyone.

04No Exceptions

This is a strict no-refund policy. No exceptions will be made, whether the request is made minutes after payment or at any later date. This includes, without limitation:

• Partial refunds for partially used services or courses.
• Refunds due to a change of mind or personal preference.
• Refunds due to failure to attend, complete, or use the purchased service.
• Refunds requested on the basis of trading losses, market performance, or investment outcomes discussed as part of our educational content.
• Credits, exchanges, or transfers in place of a refund.

05Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly does not override this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with evidence of the service delivered and this stated policy, and to restrict further access to our services for accounts that file unwarranted disputes.

06Your Responsibility Before Payment

• Please review all course details, service descriptions, and terms carefully before making a payment.
• Ask us any questions you may have about a course or service before enrolling, as no refund will be issued afterward.
• Ensure you meet any prerequisites and understand the nature of the service being purchased.

07Cancellations

Punjab Crypto reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel or reschedule a course, session, or service. In such cases, any alternative arrangement (such as rescheduling) will be communicated to you, but this does not entitle you to a monetary refund.
